Delivery & Payment

Every Hoyra piece is handcrafted in Lviv, from the first stitch to the final packaging — and shipped to customers around the world.

Delivery in Ukraine

We deliver within Ukraine through Nova Poshta, usually in 1–2 business days depending on the city. Shipping costs are paid by the recipient. You can also pick up your order in person at our showroom in Lviv (45 Ivana Franka St.).

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with Meest Express, usually within about a week depending on the destination country. Shipping costs are paid by the recipient; the carrier and delivery method can be adjusted to your preference. Our pieces have already been delivered to Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Czechia, the USA, and Turkey.

How to Order

  1. We confirm your order details: model, size, color, and embroidery.
  2. A 50% prepayment is made — and production begins.
  3. Production takes up to 30 days, as every item is handmade.
  4. The remaining 50% is paid once your piece is confirmed ready.

Payment

We accept payment by card transfer. Production starts after a 50% prepayment; the balance is paid once your piece is ready.
